Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi Menteşe ilçesinde bulunan 1 No’lu Hizmet binasını yıkarak yerine yeni hizmet binası yapıyor.

Muğla il merkezi Menteşe ilçesinde bulunan, 2014 yılında İl Özel İdare’nin kapanmasıyla Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi’ne devredilen 1 No’lu hizmet binası, deprem performansının olumsuz olması nedeni ile yıkılıyor. Yıkım ihalesi yapılan 1 No’lu hizmet binası yerine, sosyal-kültürel fonksiyonları da içinde barındıran ve vatandaşlara hizmet edecek Büyükşehir Belediyesi hizmet binası yapılacak.

Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi tarafından Menteşe ilçesindeki 1 No’lu hizmet binası kısa süre içerisinde yıkılacak. Yıkımın 60 gün içerisinde tamamlanması hedefleniyor. Yeni yapının taban alanı 840 metrekare olacak ve içerisinde sosyal-kültürel alanlar, idari ofisleri olacak şekilde toplamda 5 katlı hizmet binası yapılacak.
