Muğla İl Sağlık Müdürü Dr. Eriş Başaran Akça, Ortaca Devlet Hastanesi’ni ziyaret ederek sağlık hizmetlerine yönelik yerinde incelemelerde bulundu.

Ziyaret kapsamında hastanenin çeşitli birimlerinde değerlendirmeler yapan Akça, özellikle acil serviste sunulan hizmetleri detaylı şekilde inceledi. Hasta ve hasta yakınlarıyla da bir araya gelen İl Sağlık Müdürü, vatandaşların talep ve önerilerini dinleyerek memnuniyet düzeyini yerinde gözlemledi.

Yapılan incelemeler doğrultusunda hastanede hizmet kalitesinin artırılmasına yönelik geliştirme çalışmalarının planlandığı belirtildi. Ayrıca acil serviste 10 yataklı ikinci seviye yoğun bakım ünitesinin açılmasına yönelik gerekli planlamaların da yerinde değerlendirildiği ifade edildi.

Dr. Eriş Başaran Akça, vatandaşlara daha kaliteli, hızlı ve etkin sağlık hizmeti sunma hedefi doğrultusunda çalışmaların kararlılıkla sürdürüldüğünü kaydetti.
