Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Muğla’da Aksaz Tersanesi Komutanlığı Açılış ve Deniz Platformları Teslim Töreni'ne katılarak bir konuşma yaptı.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, konuşmasında, “Üç tarafı denizlerle çevrili tüm dünyanın gözü üzerinde olan bir ülkeyiz. Asırlar boyunca küresel güç mücadelelerine sahne olmuş bir coğrafyanın tam merkezinde yer alıyoruz. Bu topraklardaki bin yıllık mevcudiyetini şehitlerinin mübarek kanlarına ve fedakârlıklarına borçlu olan bir milletiz. Topraklarımızda huzur içinde yaşamak için hem Mavi Vatanımızda hem de uzak coğrafyalarda güçlü ve etkin bir donanmaya sahip olmamız gerektiğinin bilincindeyiz. Bu anlayışla 2002'den beri ‘Güçlü Türkiye Güçlü Ordu’ şiarıyla Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerini her alanda güçlendirmenin çabası içindeyiz” açıklamasında bulundu.
